I have a friend who’s a really amazing photographer. He’s been taking pictures since he was a kid and somehow he manages to bring the absolute best out in people when he takes their picture. A few months ago he decided he wanted to compile a book sized volume of themed photographs. I thought he’d do sunsets or something but he ended up doing a whole book of photographs of English saddles! You might think that’s strange (I sure did!) but that would only be if you’re not familiar with English saddles. There are so many different styles! He took pictures of both brand new ornately decorated saddles as well as antique and weather ones – and everything in between! It came out really well.
